Salary Range: $48,000 - $96,000+/yr (based on experience and production)

Aegis Appraisals is seeking qualified licensed and certified appraisers to join its talented pool of Real Estate professionals. We are a full-service appraisal firm specializing in a wide variety of vacant land, single-family and multi-family residential appraisals throughout the Greater Houston Area. Front Office Assistant

Starting Salary:  $24,000/yr

We are looking for a Front office assistant to manage our reception area. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including fielding incoming calls, scheduling appointments and guest services.

As a Front office assistant, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to provide the best possible service to our clients and our team. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with client concerns and has a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.

Requirements: Office reception experience or similar, MS Office Skills (Excel, Word), Strong Attention to Detail, Interpersonal Communication Skills
