Our company was founded in 2013 by two lifelong friends and real estate appraisers, Julius T. Frankeny and Steven Weber. Our founders started small, operating out of their own homes, with a shared vision and passion for bringing their real estate valuation skillset to homeowners and homebuyers throughout the Greater Houston market areas.

Time went on, and our reputation of providing quality valuation services spread like wildfire. Since then, our staff has expanded to include a team of real estate appraisers across southeast Texas, enabling us to provide excellent and dependable service to well over 500 loyal clients.

We work hard to provide fast and efficient quality service for our clients. As part of that commitment, we’ve embraced mobile technology, laser measuring technology, LiDAR technology, and cloud technology for unbeatable efficiency and accuracy.
The appraisal process is nothing if not a detail-oriented activity. We spend quite a bit of time obtaining both specific information about the subject property and general data about the local market and developing trends. With all of our information entered on mobile devices, we can sync to the cloud and pull the data into our software at the office, giving us more time to focus on evaluating and less on data entry. Cloud technology helps to make our appraisals more accurate, too. It provides us constant access to our data through our devices, and our mobile appraising apps ensure we don’t miss a single step.
