Corey Wendling is a skilled Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with professional appraisal experience recognized amongst many appraisal firms in the Greater Houston area. He is dedicated to providing accurate, detailed, high quality appraisal reports with special attention to trend analysis.

He is proficient in developing supported market value opinions for a variety of residential properties, including but not limited to: Single-Family, Condominiums, Vacant Land, New/ Proposed Construction and Rural Properties.

Corey moved to Texas when he was only 5 years old. In addition to his appraisal career, he has studied Live Entertainment Engineering. He currently resides in Spring, TX, with his wife and son, Cayden.

When he is not appraising, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing exotic board games.
