Kevin is a skilled Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Texas. He is committed to providing accurate, reliable appraisal reports, with special attention to market identification and trend analysis. He is state licensed to appraise 1-4 Family SFR properties, Condominiums, Vacant Land, and New/Proposed Construction properties, with specialized expertise in Rural and Lakefront homes.

A native Houstonian, Kevin’s family settled in Tomball where he graduated and went on to study at the University of Houston. After an extensive career in the electrical Transmission and Generation business, he retired and joined the family business at Aegis Appraisals.

Married over 40 years, Kevin has been blessed with a wonderful family of 4 children and 3 grandchildren with another grandchild on the way. Now living in Willis, Kevin enjoys helping people with their appraisal needs, leisure time playing golf, and spending time with family and friends (sometimes in that order). He also enjoys serving as a sound engineer and vocalist at his church in Conroe.
