Richard Stadnick is a skilled Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with professional appraisal experience recognized amongst many appraisal firms in the Greater Houston area. He is dedicated to providing accurate, detailed, high quality appraisal reports with special attention to trend analysis.

He is proficient in developing supported market value opinions for a variety of residential properties, including but not limited to: Single-Family, Condominiums, New/ Proposed Construction, High Value, Luxury, and Rural Properties, as well as Vacant Land.

Richard has spent his life working in the Real Estate industry with a broad range of experience. In addition to appraising, he has worked as a Real Estate Broker, Loan Officer, Loan Processor, Contractor and Credit Analyst. He has embraced his role as a Real Estate Appraiser for the past 25+ years. Richard loves what he does and says it’s hard to consider it “work”! According to him, everyday is a new, fun adventure.

He currently resides in Spring Branch with his wife. When he is not in the field, he can usually be found on the shore with his feet in the water and toes in the sand, writing an appraisal report.
